Our CEO, Jess Thomas, is a visionary leader passionate about process improvement and program development. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality, behavioral health, and not-for-profit industries, Jess brings a unique perspective grounded in customer service, team management, and strategic planning.

Jess founded OHC in 2021 to help organizations transform their operations through the power of process improvement. Since then, she has been dedicated to empowering her clients to achieve their boldest aspirations and realize their full potential.

​

A critical thinker and problem solver, Jess's focus has evolved as she responds to the community's needs. She recently added a writing service that offers resumes, business plans, and proposals. Additionally, her minority business workshop and mentorship program have taken off, reflecting her commitment to fostering growth and opportunity.

​

Jess has a history of successfully starting businesses. When her children were young, she created several micro-businesses, with her favorite and most successful being Tickled Pink Cleaning Services. This experience ignited her love and passion for helping small businesses and entrepreneurs flourish.

​

With a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in healthcare administration, Jess profoundly understands the complex needs of vulnerable populations and the importance of community engagement. Her experience in the behavioral health industry has given her a keen understanding of the challenges organizations face in delivering high-quality care while managing tight budgets and limited resources.

Above all, Jess is a compassionate and empathetic leader deeply committed to her client's success. She approaches every engagement with a spirit of collaboration and transparency and works tirelessly to ensure that her clients achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.
